Westex Bancorp, Inc. is headquartered in Del Rio, Texas. The Bank & Trust Insurance Services, Inc. and The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. are affilliates.
Anco Insurance Managers, Inc. (Anco)
This is an insurance agency with headquarters in Bryan, Texas. Both Anco and The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. are owned by Westex Bancorp of Delaware, Inc. which is owned by Westex Bancorp, Inc. Westex Bancorp, Inc. is headquartered in Del Rio, Texas. Because of this common ownership relationship Anco and The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. are affiliates.
A nonaffiliated third party is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.
PrimeVest Financial Services, Inc. (PrimeVest)
The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. has entered into a contractual agreement with PrimeVest Financial Services, Inc., an independent, registered broker/dealer to provide access to investment services for our clients. PrimeVest, Member NASD/SIPC, is not affiliated with The Bank & Trust, s.s.b.. Securities and insurance products offered through PrimeVest are not a deposit, are not FDIC insured, may go down in value, and are not Financial Institution guaranteed, nor insured by any federal government.
Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
