Anco Insurance Managers, Inc. (Anco)
This is an insurance agency with headquarters in Bryan, Texas. Both Anco and The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. are owned by Westex Bancorp of Delaware, Inc. which is owned by Westex Bancorp, Inc. Westex Bancorp, Inc. is headquartered in Del Rio, Texas. Because of this common ownership relationship Anco and The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. are affiliates.

A nonaffiliated third party is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

The Bank & Trust, s.s.b. has entered into a contractual agreement with PrimeVest Financial Services, Inc., an independent, registered broker/dealer to provide access to investment services for our clients.
